My beautiful mothers relaxation hour is centered around you, giving you the calm space you need to really slow down, rest and relax.​​

This class isn't about doing. It's about being.

​

As mothers, it's so easy to put ourselves last. But studies have proven that making time for relaxation has so many incredible benefits.

 

Including improving your overall wellbeing and helping you to get a good nights sleep, relaxation can also help to:

  • Lower any stress or anxiety you might be feeling
     

  • Lower your heart rate and blood pressure
     

  • Help you to feel calmer and improve your mental health

Our mothers relaxation hour has been designed with all of this in mind, giving you the space you need to nurture your wellbeing.

Hey, I'm Emma!

The founder of Blooming Births, a local Hypnobirthing specialist and a mother of two.
